Join our global TUI Musement Business Services Team based in Bali Indonesia an Account Receivable and provide of service to internal and external Customers.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Processing of customers’ credit card payment transactions which includes updating the transactions into accounting system.
- Updating of invoices, debit/credit notes and payments received from DS and Intercruises clients into the accounting system.
- Monitor incoming payments for DS prepayment accounts and to handle and liaise with Reservation Team on payment details and load prepayments details into Asterix system.
- Post into accounting system for Excursion transaction
- Solving invoice and payment issues by liaising with customers and other departments within PW Bali.
- Reconcile customer accounts on timely basis.
- Raising Debit Note / Credit Note in Asterix system
- Support other finance team member as when required.
ABOUT YOU
- You have a methodical, organized approach towards the execution of assigned tasks
- Have previous experience in administration, Customer and/or customer management
- Demonstrable numeric skills and financial acumen
- The ability to use MS Office tools such as Excel, Teams & Outlook
- Previous experience with Asterix and Accpac (Sage ) Finance local system.
- Be fluent in verbal and written English.
