We are actively seeking a skilled freelance translator who possesses fluency in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Hindi, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Turkish, Italian, Urdu, Persian. Proficiency in Arabic would be considered an advantage. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our team, tasked with accurately translating written and spoken content to and from the designated language.
Responsibilities:
- - Expertly translate content between the source and target languages, while ensuring the preservation of the original style and tone.
- - Develop and maintain comprehensive glossaries and terminology databases for technical and informational terminology.
- - Showcase adeptness in both your chosen language and English, in both written and spoken forms.
- - Convey messages clearly, accurately, and efficiently in the target language.
- - Methodically review and assess documents that have been previously translated by other linguists.
- - Adhere to specified timeframes for timely project submissions.
Requirements:
- - Demonstrable experience as a translator, specializing in one of the specified languages.
- - Fluent proficiency in English and your designated language, with a preference for Arabic as an additional advantage.
- - Outstanding writing and communication skills.
- - Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
- - Capability to work independently, ensuring efficient and punctual delivery.
