Job Description:
- Greet and take orders from customers
- Educate customers on the beverage and food menu
- Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
- Serve beverages and prepare food for eg. cookies, pastries and sandwiches
- Keep the bar area clean
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
- Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
Qualification:
- Aged 18-50
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree
- Loves to make coffee latte art!
- No experience required, training will be provided
