As a Recruiting Expert at DHL Supply Chain, you'll be the driving force behind our recruitment activities for the DSC EMEA Regional Head Office. Here's your chance to collaborate closely with business leaders, infuse local market insights from our Resourcing Centers, and play a pivotal role in identifying and selecting professionals across diverse domains such as IT, Operations Excellence, Business Development, Automation, IT, Transport, Finance, and HR.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Attract and source top talents in the markets by leveraging the latest sourcing and advertising trends
- Team up with business managers and HR partners to orchestrate seamless recruitment processes
- Bring your expertise to the table, designing and running a smooth end-to-end recruitment process from advertisement to selection.
- Collaborate with our DSC Recruiting Centers across various countries, leveraging local expertise to enhance the recruitment strategy.
- Implement diverse selection approaches, including behavioral interviews, case studies, and others.
- Provide a top-notch recruitment support service, while constantly improving Candidate Experience through responsiveness and clear communication.

What do we need from you?
- A University Degree (preferably in Human Resources/Psychology). Additional HR certifications and a flair for interviewing skills will set you apart.
- Over 2 years of experience in recruiting professionals, with exposure to diverse assessment and selection methodologies.
- Ability to navigate the international and multi-cultural landscape with ease, showcasing your strong business understanding.
- Proven ability to manage recruiting projects/programs, demonstrating impeccable organizational skills while meeting tight deadlines.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills at the senior management level.
- Fluent in English at a business level, and if you bring additional European languages to the table, that's a delightful bonus.
The location of the position has some flexibility with Europe/EMEA, but we have a preference for Bonn.
